New (Create New Document)
- Presents the user with a title and body input box
- User submits
- System finds error in data and presents error message
- OR
- Document is created and forwards to document view
User automatically has permissions to view a document he/she has created. What about modify, etc.

- System displays list of documents
- User selects one
- System displays document with title and sections
- User clicks Edit on a section

- System displays list of groups
- User selects a group
- User is presented
